Elegant Nails

Finally found a nail salon that 1) doesn’t cut me with the tools 2) is courteous and professional 3) is massively talented. Humored my wishes for my upcoming vacation to Jamaica 🇯🇲 so nicely. Plus the foot/leg massage 🤤

horrible service. They said they could do chrome and could not. Very bad at nails they are uneven, bumpy and bad. Couldn’t even file them correctly. Majorly disappointed and where I asked for a discount she refused. Hope it goes out of business for everyone’s sake

I’m visiting family in Leominster for the day, but I suffered a nail emergency. I found the closest salon and am blown away by the quality of service I received! I asked for a gel pedicure and a dip manicure. I made my way to the foot spa and TEO technicians began my services. One incredible woman started on the pedicure, including a deep pressure massage and ankle and toe cracking, while one woman brought over a lap desk and started on my manicure. I have never felt so pampered at a nail salon before. I currently live in Boston. The cost was comparable to what I pay in the city, but the quality was much more detailed and personal. The selection of colors was also more extensive. I am very impressed with Elegant Nails and am now asking myself if I need to make the trip to Leominster ever

My mother had such a wonderful experience here. We went initially to get frozen yogurt next door, and she decided to come here on a whim and get her nails done. This was my first time at a nail salon, and they were kind to let me sit with my mom while they gave her manicure. My mom can be quite picky, and they were patient and genuinely cared about her preferences. She loved how her nails turned out, and I thought the staff here were really lovely.

Not even a week later and one nail came right off, the second one broke across my nail bed causing my finger to gush! My friend paid $50 plus tip including an ex$10 I gave on top of what he gave!! Unacceptable... CAN'T DO LONG NAILS BUT YOUR A NAIL SALON??🤔🙄Do better. *Note to owner no where did I say a man worked on my nails it was your place, take accountability when you mess up. A man helped me pay but it was a lady who did my nails. Thank you.
