I had a very bad experience here and felt extremely disrespected. I questioned what I paid for because the quality of the work was honestly terrible — and they knew it. Instead of addressing that professionally, I was spoken to crazy and treated like I was less than for simply asking questions. They did offer to fix it for free or soak them off for $50, but by that point I had already been there almost 2 hours and was ready to leave. I asked to speak to the owner, and the owner’s son told me he was “operations” and said if he called his dad, his dad would most likely say I don’t get anything and can leave. Very unprofessional. The son was extremely rude and started bringing up completely unnecessary topics, like sex trafficking at other local shops, which had nothing to do with my situat

My technician didn’t do a terrible job, but I noticed about a day or so after that, he didn’t get the polish close to my cuticles. There was a gap. I got my nails done Thursday evening. Then I work the whole weekend for Presidents’ Day weekend. I wasn’t able to go back in person because I was working so I messaged the salon on Facebook which I thought was active because the guy posts those short clips on Facebook. I didn’t get a response so by the time I got the day off on Tuesday, I went in person to show my nails. The response I got was how come I didn’t immediately come back or say something the day of. And I told them honestly that I didn’t notice it till later and that I worked the whole weekend. The receptionist told me that her boss said that I could get a discount on a future servi

2nd visit with Rio and once again such a pleasant experience! He asked what I wanted, gave me the price before starting to make sure I was comfortable, and I was so impressed with how much of a perfectionist he is. He checked in with me throughout to make sure I liked the shape and design, which I loved! The front staff again was also so welcoming again. However today when had finished and paid, but my daughter was still getting her nails done. To my surprise, they came up to me with the cutest birthday sign and a cupcake 🎉🧁 I’ve never had that experience at any other salon. Everyone I’ve interacted with here has been great—friendly faces, smiles, and amazing service. Highly recommend!

Worst experience I’ve had and I’ve been coming here since I’ve been here ( 1 year plus) . I came by to get my pedicure and full set. The tech was nice AT FIRST, she did good on my toes but when it was time for my full set I was unsatisfied. I informed here I’m military and we have new regs for nails and we did a nice color match. The problem came with the shaping, I told her I wanted short square with a flat top and she said ok. She finished my left hand first and ask if I liked them i very calmly I said no. She got very upset, yelling and made a scene in the shop with other customers around. She proceeded to speak ( I wasn’t able to understand because it wasn’t English or Spanish) , kept yelling and made the hand gesture like she was shooing me away( multiple times throughout the convers

100% recommend, very professional, friendly, the lady that did my mani and pedi was respectful and took her time which is what I like, she did an amazing job on my nails, a friend of mine recommended this place to me after me visiting so many other places and not being satisfied. Elegant nails & Spa will be my go to!!
