Elegant Nail & Spa

I've always went to this place for my nails, but recently I had some new gel acrylic manicure done by someone newer, they convinced me to change from dip to this one, I trusted the process, only to have ALL 10 of my nails falling off WITHIN a FEW days! Also, almost all of my cuticles were cut. I was very upset. Thankfully I came in and had the first few that fell off re-done the next day by someone else with no charge, but everyday more fell off and I was very disappointed. Also, I scheduled an appointment with them prior only for them to have me wait for 45 minutes and then my nails took 2 hours 15 minutes just for them to fall apart anyway.

Pedicure was nice , manicure was terrible. I’m from Chicago and we have the best of the best nail salons. I came to Milwaukee for a vacation with my man and we went to this salon and i was so disappointed. I normally don’t just go to any shop but it was a little get away so why not enjoy myself. We looked up a shop and this was the one with the most stars. Boa when i tell you i was so disappointed. The person doing my nails was watching a TV show while he was doing my nails. He did my shape right but when he put the polish on he wasn’t even paying attention! This is why i just stick to shops in Chicago. Terrible service, never again. I would advise people to just find another shop and don’t waste your time here. AND HE MADE MY NAILS BLEED!

She really cared about my nail health. She made sure that I loved the finish product. She went above and beyond by offering a variety of shades in the color that I mentioned. I went with one of those options.

I truly do not know how this salon does not have five stars; Hands down I have received the best manicures of my life at this salon, and I am very picky. The staff is wonderful, kind and it’s very easy to schedule. Highly recommend the Russian manicure!

What a great salon!!!! I love everyone that works here. The quality of the nail techs in amazing. The salon is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend.
