First time coming here because I was looking for a nail salon I could come to consistently and bring my kids to. I came for my birthday and planned on getting their most expensive pedicure. However, as soon as the technician started working on my cuticles and toes, I downgraded to a basic pedicure because I could already tell I wasn’t going to receive the quality service worth paying extra for and unfortunately, I was right. I ended up getting a basic pedicure and eyebrow service. I was cut twice during my eyebrow wax, and my brows were not shaped or arched properly. When I got home, I noticed polish still around my toes and debris left on my toenails. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. Shoutout to Linda at Elegant Nails! My first set was done by another tech there who wasn’t as experienced, but Linda offered me to come back and completely fixed them for me. She stayed professional, made sure everything looked great, and even fixed them free of charge. Super sweet and talented—she definitely gained a loyal customer thanks to the customer service!

I came in for a gel pedicure and brought my 9-year-old for a regular pedicure. When checking out, I noticed the cost didn’t match what was listed on the signage. I asked for a breakdown and was told my daughter’s pedicure was $30. I questioned this since the sign clearly states Kids Pedi/Gel – $25/$40, which means a kids’ regular pedicure is $25 and a kids’ gel pedicure is $40. The front desk insisted the “slash” meant "the price can be somewhere inbetween those prices" and that because my daughter is not a “baby,” the price was higher. She even pulled out their policy about age and no refunds- I didn't even look at it because that wasn't the point. I’ve only been to this place 3 times. Very happy with my first two experiences but the 3rd time I had Jenny or Jennifer . Her chair is the second one from the door/entrance. She was very rough. The drill was hitting my nail bed. I had a gel manicure done . She was rushing and didn’t care about doing her job properly at all. . The shapes of my nails were very crooked and cuticles were not removed properly. When I pointed it out to her, she got very irritated and became passive aggressive. She removed more cuticles and was very rough doing it that she cut my skin. I said “ ouch that hurts “ and she didn’t slow down. Didn’t even look up and acknowledged that she just hurt my hand. I literally can sue her if my finger gets infected. She didn’t deserve any gratuities at all. Very rude human b

I’m honestly exhausted with this place. I’ve been here three times and every single time they rushed through the process. Today the young lady even made a hole in my nail. On top of that, the staff is extremely rude—anytime you ask a simple question it feels like you’re asking for the moon. I kept giving them chances because I was somewhat satisfied with the final look, but the terrible attitude and lack of respect are the reasons I will never be coming back. Customers deserve better.
