I usually get my full face threaded and have not had good experiences here. This is the second time the same girl does it and does a terrible job. I gave her the benefit of the doubt which is why I came back today. The first time she left my eyebrows thin and uneven, even though I specifically asked her that I like to leave my eyebrows thick. She also gave me little cuts all over and I had little scabs the next day. Today I noticed she was getting frustrated as she kept sighing and she was doing it rougher and rougher. My face was feeling really hot and it felt like it was burning. Until finally she pinched my skin really bad where I reacted. She apologized but by then it was too late. When it was my turn to get my brows threaded, the worker was a lot rougher on my skin than my previous times coming here. During the service i also noticed that she was threading a lot more brow hairs than usual and was really fast while doing so. But i decided to just trust the process.but by the end of it Unfortunately the worker threaded way to much brow hairs. I had pretty thick brows before coming in and by the end of it my eyebrows were really thin they looked like lines and they were also uneven . It made me upset because i was growing out my eyebrows before i got them threaded and she basically left me with no brows, i had to go home and draw them on. I feel like the service was rushed because she was the only worker and there was a few costumers already waiting but she shouldve

I came in today, and had a wonderful experience. The person doing my service was thorough and not rushed, very kind and polite. I will be moving my business here moving forward. My eyebrows look great too!

My wife and I have been routinely coming to this place generally we’ve have had a pretty good experience but this last time I went to pay with cash eyebrows are a $10 threading service. I handed her a $20 and asked for my change and she gave me three dollars? We generally leave them a pretty good tip at $5 on a $10 service but I felt it was odd. She wasn't going to give me any change at all and then gave me the wrong amount of change. I also had a lot of pinch spots this time. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I just moved to Daybreak and came to this place to get my eyebrows and upper lip threading. What a horrible experience! Her hands smelled bad, they felt dirty and sticky on my face and I felt like she put her whole chest on my shoulder when she was threading. The service was very rough, everything was fast as if she was in a hurry. She noticed that I didn't feel comfortable and in the end when she was going to put the aloe on my eyebrows she put it inside my eye, I don't know if it was intentional but this is the quality of service they give! I have never had an experience like this! The previous times I went to Precious Threading in Salt Lake City and the girls even wear gloves and the service is very nice and the place smells clean.
