David is a wonderful person he’s a great employee. He took his sweet time to help me do a task that I would not be able to do at home. I would’ve got so frustrated and probably threw them away but because of David helping me, I’m the most happiest customer and I will come here all the time to get all my products from this store. This is the greatest store you guys come and check out this store and ask for David when you come.

very nice & clean . super friendly . & close to my house , i love this particular location because they ALWAYS have slouch socks in white & for adults lol . and they are buy 2 get 1 free. EDIT: literally just closed the shop at 9pm i walked back up literally 2 minutes after they locked the doors. i never left their parking lot btw. i brought 2 belly rings that are faulty & won’t twist open. the store associate guarding the door said they shut the whole system down literally 2 minutes after. 9:02pm lol it took me 4 minutes of talking and asking the guy can he maybe open the belly rings & he as well couldn’t untwist them. super pissed now so i’m taking my 5 star rating back because you could’ve simply switched them out or tried to find tweezers or players to open what i just purchased here.

Today was and awesome experience at Elegant Beauty on 18300 NW 2nd Ave David and Thania (sorry for the spelling of the name) but they were very helpful and respectful, I love when coming to a store to spend my money and the workers are super friendly like Thania and David. I will recommend everyone family members and friends to shop here Due to the excellent customer service. Great Job

The lady who rang me up at 6:09 PM on 2/4/26, with blonde highlights framing her face, was absolutely amazing I believe her name is JADA, she was so sweet, professional, and genuinely kind. You’re truly lucky to have her as part of your team. Keep up the great work, my love! 💖

Such an awesome experience from the time my mother and I entered the beauty supply to the time we left. The gentleman at the door greeted us both when we came in and once we left. So kind and welcoming! Christella (hopefully I spelled her name right lol) was so helpful to my mom who is very particular about the kind of hair she purchases. Her patience and willingness to help was what made me happy, and her patience with our questions. 😂 it’s weird to say, but I had fun looking around and shopping for our needs here at this beauty supply location.
