Two employees stood out the most, Daniel and Sylvia providing excellent customer service and demonstrating in depth knowledge on the product. I visited this establishment because they have a gigantic sign advertising wigs and I am at the age where I am tired of fixing my hair all the time. This store is enormous and they carry many items dealing with hair, skin, nails and even jewelry. They have a large selection of wigs and pieces but my hair color was not represented to my chagrin. I spoke to a sales associates to ascertain if I was accurate in my assessment and she was very helpful, and kind. I have been looking on line for a wig so I am familiar with the pricing and this store was half of what I have seen online. Perhaps I need to change my hair color! I visited this store recently looking for a curly hair product. Naturally, I wanted to check the scent before purchasing I did not remove any seals, only smelled one that was already unsealed. I’ve never had any issues with any beauty supply store. Instead of approaching me directly or offering a tester (which most beauty supply stores provide), an employee loudly announced over the store’s speakers, “Why is that customer smelling products? Tell them to stop opening it.” This was extremely unprofessional, embarrassing, and unnecessary. A simple, respectful conversation would have been enough. Broadcasting it across the store made me feel disrespected as a paying customer. I had a wonderful experience at this store! The nail product selection is amazing — everything from gel polish to nail care tools is top quality. I want to give a special thank you to the lady who helped me (also named Maya!). She was so kind, knowledgeable, and really took the time to guide me to the right products. I left with everything I needed and more. Highly recommend this place!
