Elegancia Unisex Salon

This salon is not a safe or professional environment. The shop has a serious cockroach problem — you can see them on the floors and walls morning and night. Hygiene and cleanliness are neglected. None of the barbers or stylists working here are licensed, which is required by Virginia law. This puts clients at risk, since licensing ensures proper training and sanitation standards. I would not recommend anyone bring their family here for services. Customers deserve to feel confident they are in a clean, professional, and licensed establishment, and unfortunately this business does not meet those basic standards.
