Elase Med Spa (formerly known as Images Med Spa)

This is now an Elase, but the same great people run it! Hillary is the best. Skilled, kind, practiced in her trade and I fully trust her. The manager is always friendly and helpful. Glad to have a high end med spa like this in Yorkville, no more driving to Geneva or Naperville! Prices are fair and market priced, they do have specials on occasion as well so keep and eye on them on social media!

This was my first time at Images and it will DEFINITELY not be my last. I have been to a few injectors, and have never been 100% satisfied until now. Maggie was phenomenal with her clear communication, consultation, and keeping me relaxed during the whole process. It felt like I was hanging out with my friend. I truly don’t trust any other med spa to touch my face again. I will rave about this place to all my friends and family!!

First, Hillary and Alaina are absolutely fantastic! Been going to this location for a little over a year with my girlfriend (she’s been going 2+) and we’ve both been extremely satisfied. The staff has nothing to do with the 1 star review and honestly if Elase didn’t buy Images out, would remain 5 stars for me. Since the buy out from Elase, prices have easily doubled from 6 months ago. When we scheduled the initial appointment after our newborn arrived, the price increase was never communicated. I had previously gotten my work done in Georgia at several reputable places for around $500-600. For the same work at Elase, I paid close to $1000. 6 months ago I want to say it was around 600-700. I started coming to Images in September and I have enjoyed each experience! Raquel, Tiffany, and Maggie have all been super wonderful. They are super kind, very attentive to detail, and did a fabulous job with the aesthetic procedures I received! Their new location is beautiful. I cannot wait to try out more new treatments at Images!

Maggie Elliott is amazing! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and always educates you instead of being pushy or going overboard. She’s so friendly and personable and really cares about her patients. Would highly recommend!
