The Cuban woman with the glasses has a horrible attitude,every time I called they never answer the phone. The only reason, why I stopped coming here was because mari with the glasses has terrible customer service. One encounter I wanted French tip nails and she painted the white part uneven, when I told her about it, she looked very pissed that she had it to redo it. She didn't do a very good job and she told me that they look fine the way they are. Another bad encounter, I walked in one morning and she was the only one available, so she had the nerve to tell me, in front of the owners as well, that she couldn't do them because she had an appointment. which is fine, but when I would try to call and make an appointment she will never answer the phone. Great experience! The pedicure option I chose included hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and a neck massage. Well worth the cost! Atmosphere is relaxing, but some customers made it a bit uncomfortable with one-way speaker phone conversations and yelling at each other across the shop. Hard to de-stress. Overall, fantastic service and I will return.

If I could give a 0 I would . Definitely the worst service I ever had. I called wanted gel at first but changed my mind the lady who did my nails was drilling my gel off and hurt my nails and burned my skin a little as well. I asked her to soak it off because she was trying to continue and still leave gel on my nails . When they said to soak off is $15 I didn’t think it was worth it because I still have gel on my fingers and I had to tell her how to do her job . The owner said she would do my nails because how the lady left my nails (photo below) and they wanted to still charge $15 with my nails looking crazy but it was too late the lady already hurt my fingers and left all the gel on my hands. Came here I thought my pedicure was really nice with the massage but as soon as I got my full set at first I thought it was pretty cute but then when I left and got home to wash my hands I did not notice that there is gunk all around my cuticle beds I'm not sure if it was glue or if it was the powder from the acrylics but it makes my fingernails look really disgusting I did not notice it until I left the salon after she put the oil when I asked her if I can wash my hands she said no oil is good for the nail so I trusted her and I left did not clean my cuticle beds at all paying $80 just for a full set of ombre regular nails is a pretty expensive when I came home my husband was excited to see my nails and he asked what is that around your nail beds it makes it look really nasty since he is

Great tech patient with my natural nails got a great manicure 💅 although they're always pushing the expensive gel polish $15 over the $20 manicure but don't soak the hands like the feet ... I miss the nice soapy hot soak... They're to busy doing acrylics to care about a simple manicure n had to remind her of hand massage just can't find a good natural manicure 💅 in today's fake nail life. Still looking here in Vegas.
