Ela is incredibly patient, understanding, and precise. I’ve visited her salon several times, and even on the rare occasion when something isn’t exactly what I hoped for, she is always willing to adjust it and make sure I leave happy. I never walk out feeling anything less than great. Karen at the front desk is also wonderfully accommodating. Everyone there is genuinely kind, and it’s always a pleasure to visit. And as I was leaving tonight, I ran into a friend who told me she saw me through the window and thought, “I really love that person’s hair.” That says everything.

This is the worst salon in miami. I got a horrible haircut, my husband got the most ridiculous haircut, the owner is clearly a nut job and the prices are ridiculous. Please do NOT patronize. She came from Serge Renaud in the Grove and thinks she’s all that but the worst salon in Miami. She walked away from four different clients while cutting my hair. And took personal phone calls while cutting my hair. And I needed to listen to her personal life while hostage in the chair. . I was exhausted by the time I left with my horrible haircut. Bizarre. I had to get a new haircut a week later after a $200 experience. Run, don’t walk away from this place.

I wish I could leave 10 stars! The entire salon is so friendly and beyond talented! I was looking for someone to color my hair for years after moving to Miami from NYC, one stylist was worse than the next, I went to over 6-7 different salons and by the end my hair was fried and so damaged! In 3 visits Jota completely transformed my hair, it’s now the most beautiful blonde, it doesn’t fade, and my hair is the longest it’s ever been in my life! I can’t say enough good things about him, he’s a miracle worker! Jota’s entire team, the staff and the owner are the nicest people, it’s just such a pleasure to spend time with them, laughing, joking, while they make you beautiful! I look forward to these visits, my only regret is not finding it sooner!

Ela salon has the best ambiance and you are always catered to your entire visit. Jota does both my color and cut and in my opinion is the best hairstylist in miami! My last visit, Jota did my color and Antonio did my cut and blowdry with waves and did a phenomenal job. Always come out feeling amazing!!
