Business owner changed my mom’s appointment time without reaching out to her to confirm if the new time worked. Regardless, my mom went to the new time without an issue. However, Gaby treated my mom badly and said she didn’t know what my mom was saying about the appointment being changed and was rude in front of other clients. I have email confirmations of the appointment being changed by the business but the app is not letting me upload the screenshots. Besides, they do a really bad job at filing and shaping your nails. There are better Russian manicure places in town.
