El Punto barbershop

Avoid this barbershop at all costs. My partner had been loyal to this establishment for years, continuing to return despite repeated rudeness from his barber—simply because the quality of the haircut was good. Unfortunately, the level of unprofessionalism has become impossible to overlook. This barber consistently shows no compassion, courtesy, or respect. His station is set apart from the others, and his behavior reflects that distance. Most recently, he blocked my partner on the Booksy booking platform after my partner arrived 15 minutes late to a 30–45 minute appointment—an appointment the barber often completes in only 15 minutes. !!!!!!!PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!! very rude people my husband got a haircut here and they did not leave his hair like he wanted. Bad customer service . His brother also got a haircut and robbed him 20 dollars more than what the cost was just because he got there 5 min late . Very cocky and bad attitude . Disgusting people .

Warning : pay more or get bad haircuts. They are lazy and inconsistent unless you are getting full treatment. Then you receive an actual effort. They also make you wait 25-30 minutes with an appointment. My son is no longer coming here, they disrespected his time and gave a bad haircut i seen beginner barbers do better. My son and I believe if you dont give them atleast 100%+ tip they wont do a good haircut. They are full of themselves, go elsewhere. Whatever happened to integrity?

I grew up in this town and I have been to all of these new barbers around and they not like the good ones that used to be around they lack compassion empathy and kindness that’s one thing you need to stay in business will never go again seems more like a hang out spot and they care about new customers the barber who cut my hair was very rude I got my hair braided and needed an edge up and he was shakin my head twisting turning my head side to side almost gave me neck problems and he was messing up my hair so disrespectful I thought I would give this place a try but after my first time going they are exactly who I thought they were sorry but not they need good old fashion barbers this place is not it will not be going there anymore

ATTENTION if you’re looking for a place to take kids? NOT HERE. If you don’t speak Spanish or know someone there, DON’T GO. Taken my kids here 3 times, each time a worse experience. Not a hello, high five or even acknowledgment; only grown frowning faces. Very odd experience for a customer who makes appointments and tips. I’ve never written a review, but the experience here was VERY unpleasant as a father. Not including the cold shoulder they give walk-in customers. No one will answer them until they awkwardly walk out or sit and wait. Estoy decepcionado
