Worst experience ever don’t go to this salon ever! They have the worst customer service. Anna booked my appointment confirmed to head-in (also appointment was booked 1 week before) also I text her 2 hrs before the appointment to confirm the address as I saw a restaurant there. She never replied and the half hour before the appointment keven text me she can’t take you in as she doesn’t know English so you get hair done by me, why should I if I booked Anna! And also he blames me you don’t see the text. That’s ridiculous!!!!! Don’t book the appointment if you can’t take clients and respect their time.

Charged my hair for a blowout $60 then on top of that $30 just to cut it.. yea they scamming.. and the guy I spoke with didn’t even know anything the services.. they just made up random prices… never in my life.. I’ve dealt with something like this lmaooo..

do not come here asking for any typa fade. i asked for a mid fade and one of the ladies done shaved off all the sides and gave me a high and tight lookin like im straight outta bootcamp. 2nd time in a row where they dont do me right🤦‍♂️😭 smhh. some of the barbers do get u right tho, it’s just a 50/50. u playin w yo life comin here

The people there dont know what a fade is. I went there 2 times just to give them a chance and when i ask for a fade they pretty much just use 1 size for everything. I told them to cut a bit from the top since i like keeping it long and the lady cut everything off.

Apparently someone new cut my hair today (never seen her before); I asked her for a high fade haircut and even showed her a pic but it doesn’t look like a fade at all. She used a number 1 attached and then trim the rest with other attachments 😠😤
