El Espiral

4/14/2025 I had the best massage in a long time, very needed it with Eliot at El Espiral. It felt very integrative--he wasn't just working on my body part by part separately, but as a whole. There are a lot of massage therapists in Colorado Springs, but few who have the depth of physiological and anatomical knowledge that Eliot has. I would HIGHLY recommend him. My treatment was also very relaxing and stress relieving. I'll definitely be back for more. Thank you Eliot!!

Eliot is not only skilled and knowledgeable but also takes the time to listen and tailor the session to your specific needs. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with much less tension in my shoulders and back. The space is calming, clean, and welcoming. Elliot is exceptional when it comes to technique and understanding the body. He has a deep knowledge of muscle structure and always knows exactly where to focus, especially when I’m dealing with an injury.
