Worst experience ever, In November 2024, I, Alyncia Simmons, age 18, visited El Cache’s Beauty Salon located at 45 E Washington Ave, Pleasantville, NJ 08232 for a simple wash and blowout. Before any service began, I clearly told the stylist I did not want my ends trimmed, and when they asked again during the service, I refused a second time. Despite me saying no, the stylist proceeded to cut my hair without my consent. I had significant natural hair growth before the appointment, and after the unauthorized cut, my straightened hair was reduced to the same length that my natural hair normally shrinks to when curly — which means a large amount of length was taken off unnecessarily. I been getting my hair done by the owner Elizabeth (Dania) 10+ plus years and it’s always top notch but the lady that get your hair wash it’s wonderful. She basically wash your soul and after she gets done washing your hair she cracks your neck which it felt amazing. I look forward going back .

I simply asked for a change of color and blowout and she insisted that the change of color was not possible ,if she was honest and said that she was inexperienced I would have left somewhere else for my service sooner. She chopped all of my hair off when I asked just for the ends to be cut and She applied multiple colors that I did not ask for in my hair . This was the worst experience ever . I left the salon with an ugly bob and 3 different hair colors orange red and yellow . She charged $160 for a disaster.

From the moment I walked in, all the ladies were very friendly and attentive to you! I was looking for a new stylist since I recently moved to The County and I wanted a Dominican salon and I must say they took me in as soon as I walked in. I just needed a haircut but because they were so good I went with shampoo and blow dry. Marta, who washed my hair provided such a great relaxing massage after the wash I was in HEAVEN! Katiuska, who cut my hair followed with a blowdry and I’m telling you I HAVE NEVER FELT MY HAIR THIS HEALTHY!!! If I could give a million stars I would! Everyone should go here because it was reasonable prices and I couldn’t be happier with my new look!!! So happy I stopped in here!!! The ladies were AWESOME!!! I had the best hair wash in history the lady massaged my scalp I was relaxed. got the exact hair color and cut I wanted. Thank you ladies, I felt so good coming out of your salon. Oh and the coffee was on point as well.
