I came here and they were nice when I asked questions however, I bought the @Janet collection new deep wave human hair 18 inches for $60 a pack. I asked them multiple times about the quality of the hair and was told it's good hair and Noone ever complained. Well, I'm complaining. I did microbraids and this hair is the worst. It sheds and tangles like crazy. I had to wash the hair because it became so stiff and all the knots untangled so quickly and slid out of my hair. It has only been a week and over 20 braids and fallen out and my braids look so old. If they try to sell you the hair and said no one complained, please read this.

This beauty supply store has everything you need or would want. I asked for customer service and was escorted to items I could not locate. Friendly and helpful. Hey I left a cucumber my friend just picked out of her garden there. I hope they enjoyed. lol

ZERO STARS I purchased hair from EJ Beauty Supply #8 and was told about the 7-day exchange policy. I called before leaving (20 minutes from my house) to make sure they wouldn't cause me any problems, but to my surprise, I was accused of opening/using the hair. My stylist recommended bundles and mistakenly purchased a ponytail clip ($59 Empire). The Mexican manager is disrespectful. This is ridiculous! Never again! There is a much better shop in Katy: "H BEAUTY SUPPLY", 400 W Grand Pkwy S, Katy, TX 77494.

They have a lot of stuff and at a fair price

honestly love this place. it’s huge & they always have everything!!! im black btw & in katy it can be hard to find a spot with everything lol. There’s def other places here but this is my go to. They people who work there know where everything is at too LOL.
