ALERT*** You all please check your receipts!!! They are charging people tips if they assist you whether with a wig or something. I did not see it posted in the store anywhere about a required TIP. I was in the store and the lady was concerned because the cashier charged her a tip because he said he helped her. This raises a flag because we don't know if they are not telling people a tip is required and still adding it as a transaction. My black dollar will be spent elsewhere and yours too!

Nice & friendly staff. Great products and competitive prices. My wife loves coming here as well as my mom and I. We love the wide range of products and never doubt the fair prices because during our first visits we'd compare with online prices from places like amazon and this was the same or cheaper.

I purchased a portable fan due to a current heat wave. I went home the fam wasn’t functioning. I returnee to the store and expressed how I discarded the box. After going back and forth, a worker told me to bring the fan back and he can replace it. I told him that I don’t want another non-functioning fan. He expressed that he’ll take it and switch it for a different brand. I then commuted 30 min to bring the fan back in 100 degree weather where he then told me he wouldn’t take it back… The inconsistency and failure to take accountability in his words will have me going to hair depot up the street instead.
