Effective Massage & Stretch

I had an incredible experience at EMS! My massage therapist, Ry, was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Ry listened carefully to my needs and made sure I felt truly taken care of. He created such a safe and relaxing environment, which was especially comforting since it was my first time getting a massage from a male therapist. The space itself was impeccably clean, well-organized, and incredibly calming. Overall, I highly recommend it!

I recently purchased a massage for my husband through Groupon. When we attempted to book the appointment, we were informed that: The Groupon voucher cannot be used because he is considered a former client and the promotion is only valid for new clients, requiring a one-year waiting period. The voucher is only valid for six months. Unfortunately, neither of these restrictions were clearly stated on the Groupon listing at the time of purchase. Had this information been made explicit, we would not have proceeded with the purchase. My husband truly enjoyed his previous service, which is exactly why he was excited to return. This was so much more than a massage, but a true physical therapy session. My therapist used techniques I've only seen once before by another physical therapist that all but saved my life. This is actual treatment, and I will be back for more. On top of it all, we had some great conversation during the entire time.

This place is wonderful. The front room is comfortable and calm and the staff was welcoming and kind. Ry listened to me about my concerns and tailored my massage to have me feeling relaxed and less stressed. I trusted him to take the lead and decide focus areas based on his knowledge. It was a great experience. If you are looking for a local family owned place, please book with EMS! You will thank me later. :)

Must make an appointment which can be inconvenient and several days out, so plan accordingly. You must give them your credit card info in advance so they can charge you $45 in case you don't show up for the appointment. Trying to schedule a massage shouldn't be this difficult, lol. I wanted to relax not go through a lame appointment process.
