Edge Instyle Nails

Stay far away-- this place is dirty, pedicure was gross, and they tried to scam me. I came in as a walk-in at 4:30pm on a Saturday for a pedicure. I asked for the signature pedicure ($45) which includes a 15 minute massage. I asked one woman sitting by the door who seemed like the owner or management, how much it would be to add on 15 extra minutes of massage and she said $1/ minute. I agreed to that price. The pedicure was not great. None of the tools seemed sanitized, the tubs were not super clean, and the aesthetician was covered in stains. The cloth they wrapped me in literally looked like it had feces on it (see photos). The massage was lackluster and done with scrub, which didn't feel good (as opposed to with lotion). Girl was super rude with attitude and sucks at doing acrylic nails , she did not clean up the extra acrylic around my nails and left it ? Got mad when I asked to match the nails up. The paint bubbles and the nails are so uneven ..

I have been going here for years with my mom and her best friend and it is like seeing family every time. I love going every time! Such great care and I love my nails every time! I went here a few years ago after getting a bad nail job from somewhere else and the way that Tram fixed my nails that were in a lot of pain and made them look so good (the purple nails) made me realized that I COULD NOT go anywhere else!!!

From start to finish this was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. Wish I could rate 0/5. Initially called two days in advance to make my appointment for 5 pm - they said that was fine but if I was able to come in at 4:30 to try to do so. I let them know I was driving an hour and a half right after work and would do my best, when the day came I called to let them know it would be about 4:45 when I arrived just to be told by them “Well you have to be here by then or we can’t do it” - even though they had told me before 5 pm would be fine. The worst part of the whole experience was Kim removing my previous acrylic set - refused to soak them off because “it would take too long”. Nice, very friendly service at a really good price point. I had gel removal and a new gel manicure. While I was looking over the colors, she asked what I was leaning toward and then immediately said- I have a color for you. It was exactly what I was looking for.
