I had a wonderful personal experience yesterday. It was my first time in the shop and the owner was most gracious and friendly. She cleaned up my nails and left me feeling great about how my hands looked. I made my follow up appt already. 🦋💙

Yesterday my frustration was over the top! I went into Eden Nails as I have done a few times in the past to get a pedicure and to get my GelX nails soaked off in preparation for my nail appointment with another nail tech that does not do removals. I intended to enjoy my pedicure in the process. As an addition to this story, I had my nails soaked off last month, and so much gel material was left on my nails, I got charged extra by my nail tech because she had to file off what Eden Nails left on my nails after their "soak off". I explained that when I went in today and made it clear that I needed a clean nail surface. Crazy was the best nail tech I have had in a while….she made me feel like she was glad I was in her shop ….the pictures don’t do them justice I haven’t been this happy in a long time after getting my nails done
