They are SO rude to customers. They complained about the amount of tip I gave them. I have never had someone use that tone of voice as I'm giving them money. They also make you feel rushed and pretty much only paint your nails. They don't trim your hang nails, massage your hands, etc

Worst manicure I've ever had. I have never been so disappointed. It's not how a "salon manicure" should look like. NOTHING was done to my cuticle.

Echo Nails does great work. Everyone of The nail technicians are professional, do great work. I have been going to Echo Nails for years. The owner is great and very accommodating. I recommend the nail salon to everyone. I have lived in New Canaan in my entire life and this is one of the greatest salons in town. Maria M.

I have MANY complaints from my experience today at Eco Chic. 1) LONG WAIT TIME: Firstly, my friend and I had an appointment for 1:40 PM, and when we arrived they only worked on one of our nails and my friend had to wait an entire HOUR for her manicure. This was unacceptable, as we had a reservation for an appointment that was made hours before. They should have been adequately prepared for us to arrive as they had known we were coming for hours. Furthermore, while I was getting my nails done, two other waiting clients who had been sitting and waiting for 30 minutes were eventually turned away, and when they spoke up for themselves they received hostility and anger from the employees. I got a pedicure and the woman clearly did not want to do my pedicure. Then I asked for a 10 minute massage. (I have been going to this place for over 20 years) so I waited and then a older women asked for a massage (they knew I was waiting) and immediately they gave her one. I got up, paid and left. I may not look like a stepford wife but I was a good customer. I won’t be going back ever again.
