Worst hair salon experience I have ever had both from the customer service and quality of work. In terms of the hair, I asked them to do the same tinted gloss I had done with them before since he told me they had the color on file. It came out black even though I told them specifically “not black”. I couldn’t communicate with the stylist as there is a language barrier so I had to go through the owner. I was in tears because it was right before a big event. He immediately takes me back to put something in my hair to “lift” it which I had no idea was a chemical process. It burned my scalp horrifically. They didn’t care and acted annoyed when I said it was hurting. I happen to walk by on my occasional neighborhood visit and stopped in for a much needed haircut. I was greeted with kindness by the front desk lady upon entering. I came in as a first time Customer and was paired with Dao. She immediatly greeted me with care. My experience with her was very calming & soothing-as I genuinely felt her care for my hair and although there was about 3 other clients there ....it felt as if I was the only one there. Her station (the whole store) was clean , minimalist, covid safety in place, the pricing was affordable and the ambiance was serene. I will def be coming back again

Glad I was recommended to this place. He did an amazing men’s cut for curly hair, and I have struggled to find any barber or hairstylist that can do so. However, Ecko was able to cut it masterfully. I definitely recommend him and will be back.

EckoStyle Salon is the best hair salon in New York City! My hairstylist is Ecko himself and he does a great job on my long, complicated hair. I always leave the salon super happy. His work is flawless and the color is always great. I never had a bad experience. I highly recommend making an appointment with Ecko!

I cannot recommend EckoStyle enough. I have went 3 years in the city trying different salons and hair people out, and Ecko, Fatih, Amadonna and the whole team are now the only people I will let touch my hair. They are so kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable that you can trust them with anything you ask. Plus they do everything so quick that you are truly in and out with the best blowout. They are the best people and I cannot say enough good things about EckoStyle
