Echelon: Blow Dry Bar + Salon

Lush Blow-Dry bar helped make my special day perfect! My sister and myself got our hair done on the day of my wedding. I didn’t mention it was my wedding because I didn’t want them to try to hard or think I wanted anything too crazy! I wish I could remember who did my hair, I know she was a manager, and she was so funny, kind, and did EXACTLY what I asked. It held all day and night, as did my sisters. I will most certainly be returning when I need my hair done for another special occasion!

I made an appointment the day before the app which was within the 72hour notice rule. I made the app. for a blowout because 2 days before I broke my ankle. The morning of my app I had a compound fracture on my toe. I called the salon from the ER hospital tell them what had happened. Which they didn’t care nor were they willing to work with me. They charged me for the app while I was in the hospital. I hope everyone sees this post to realize the non compassion they have for clients

They were able to fit myself and 2 other friends in last minute for blow outs. Very friendly staff and beautiful salon!

I was very motivated to write this review as I have never, ever had an experience in a beauty salon quite like this one. When I walked in, I was immediately and kindly greeted by every employee in there. The owner is absolutely on top of her game and provides excellent, bar none customer service. I moved to OK last year and I don't have any friends yet. It was the most amazing feeling to not feel like a "client" and to feel like a friend. That is exactly what they provided for me. They were genuine and made me feel very special. The cleanliness is incredible and especially during this time, you want to feel secure.
