Ebb and Flow Massage and Wellness - Madison

Due to some recent surgeries my lymphatic system and autoimmune system need a little help functioning properly. I found going 1-2 two times a month to Kat to be a huge benefit. I start with 20 minutes of red light theraphy and then a 90 minute massage. Kat knows just the right amount of pressure and technique to use in every visit and I leave feeling 100% better than when I walked in. I have been to both locations and they are outstanding but this part of the review is for the Madison location. I really enjoy all the room decor which setups up a calm and relaxing visit making one feel at home. There is an easy to get to parking garage attached to the building so I park and am able to walk right in with no effort at all. I am making this my permanent massage place to go in Madison.

Since seeing her, I’ve had much less tension in my upper traps and neck, along with fewer headaches. I recently visited her beautiful new space on State Street and tried both Red Light Therapy, which boosted circulation and reduced inflammation, and Vibroacoustic Therapy, a calming vibration treatment that eased stress and tension. I really love the location downtown, being so conveniently right next to a parking garage so I don't have to drive everywhere just to find a spot and the walk is very short. Beyond that, the space is so welcoming and comfortable and feels very calm and relaxing and up-to-date. I also appreciate that this is a no tipping place. The price is the price and the therapists are getting paid what they should be getting paid. I need to find some time to book again.
