Just left this store and if your black dont come here. The lady at the front tore open a durag my husband and I brought. We went thru the door and it went off. When we got outside he said they were watching us when we first walked in. I wish I would have known 50 dollars still would have been in my pocket. Why would you open a item and put a sensor in it? Make my husband walk back we dont steal, we both have good paying jobs. Just because we're black that means we steal smh?! You will never see us again. We drove 30 minutes from The Woodlands because there's no good beauty supply in our area! Smh do better! I hope you see my face and remember all black people dont steal! Some actually work and pay! 😔

Ms. Yong sold me a new wig it was in a box. I could not try it on. I got home tried it on with the wig cap. I don't remove any tags. The wig was to small, the display that I tried on in the store was 2 times larger. I told her this. I asked her if I could exchange the new one for the display, she said no. I am stuck with a new wig that is too small, that I was not allowed to try on in the store. This was a $39.00 purchase that I now have to donate. I am very saddened at the way that Ms. Yong can steal people money like that. I don't recommend buying any wigs from their. Also I don't trust there business policies for any products there. I also had my receipt which was only the 7th day time frame.

The prices are competitive. The staff are not beauticians so you really need to go in looking for what you need to look for. They're not very helpful either. You better off to look up on YouTube find out what you need and you can go there. It's local there's also another beauty supply around the corner so shop your options.

I am reading this four stars because I am not sure if the young age of the cashier or my older age as a customer but I found it very hard to communicate with the cashier at this time. I attempted to make a specific purchase which required me to talk to the cashier she spoke in a very low tone and when I had a specific question she seemed to be irritated.
