I gave 1 star BECAUSE I had to just to move one... you deserve 0 stars! I was unfortunate enough to hear a conversation with a friend of mine ( Georgene) about the faulty warmer.. The second one she had to get if I might add. She was actually burned by the second one because the warming element is broke! While on the phone with Kathy (a store manager) she wasn't as rude but still was no help to her, as she only passed the buck to cooperate... after talking to cooperate, they in turn redirected us to the store to ask for John the REAL manager who of course was not available. So we got the pleasure...(NOT HAHA, WHAT A JOKE THAT WAS) to speak with Christina who was the rudest person I have ever heard when SPEAKING to a customer. She does not need to be able to speak to customer's ever again

The sales ladies are always very helpful to me. I have purchased hair products from here for years.

The best choice for picking up your salon essentials. Staff is like family.

Great sandwiches. This one seemed a little short on meat today.
