Customer Reviews
Truly excellent!!!! Highly recommend!! Mr. Tom is so kind and clearly very skilled. If I lived in LA, I would be a regular here. It's on the second floor so I got a little lost but they were kind enough to come find me. Same style of massages my husband and I went to in Japan but I found more relief at this one. FYI it's not supposed to be a fancy spa type of atmosphere, and you keep all of your clothes on throughout
Wonderful! Well worth it. He is skilled, strong, gentle, and gets the job done. He clearly has healing hands. I've gone to him through the years since my C-section messed with my hips. Recently, he helped with a dislocated shoulder and also gave me advice on how to work on it at home. This is a place to have in your back pocket for any issue. I firmly recommend this place. And parking is free for 1 hour. Can't beat that in Little Tokyo.
Massages are my jam. They keep me going, and make me a more pleasant person to deal with. Plus, they are just awesome. A good massage will keep me on a high for days, and a bad one will anger me at the wasted opportunity. Tom gives a great massage. This business is a mom-and-pop shiatsu stop in the heart of little tokyo, on the second floor of Honda Plaza. Tom has been doing massages for decades now, and is so skillful at knowing what the human body needs. He has clients who have been seeing him for as long as he has been doing massages, a testament to his skill. His shop is no-frills, good, massage. You change into comfortable cotton clothes behind a screen and then he goes to work! Gentle and hard pin-pointed pressure. He asks at the beginning of each session what hurts, any complaints,
If you're looking for a spa experience, this is not the place. After years and years of experiences receiving massage service, I can easily tell if this massage therapist is good in the very first 5 minutes of laying down there. There are male and female therapist and both have amazing technics. i personally like female therapist more. Cash or check only. Highly recommend.
I have not tried all their services and amenities here. But if you looking to relax and get pampered, and you just a very stress time lately, then you need a Spa day! I only been here for facials and just to relax once a yr. If I had more free time, then I would come here at least once a month :D Extremely friendly service, very clean, and relaxing atomphoere.
