The customer service was good and you could tell they take their time to do what they have to The only thing I didn’t like was the price I basically paid almost $200 just to color two front pieces of my hair I get paying for good quality, but it was two pieces of my hair. I can only imagine how much they would have charged me for to get my whole hair done. If you have massive amounts of money to spend, I would recommend it if you don’t just try finding somewhere else
