Dynasty Nails

Don’t go here, waste of time and money. I’ve been going here 15 years with my mom for pedicures, and I decided once a few days ago to get a manicure with a very simple design. She did a terrible job and didn’t seem to care at all about doing a half decent job. My mom also got her cuticle cut way too low and it bled and became infected.

The lady I got was nice but as soon as I asked her to correct a color she only put on one nail, she instantly was rude. She sloppily applied the color and told me it was an extra $5 to put on a shimmer coat. A regular gel from the pile of samples, nothing special or extra effort. There was tons of gel left on my skin. The picture shown is after I took a lot of the gel off already. I honestly could have done better myself and it was for my sister’s wedding so I was disappointed.

This salon goes above and beyond! From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for. The atmosphere is calming, the staff are kind and attentive, and my nails have never looked better. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both valued as a customer and genuinely relaxed—I’m so happy with their service been going there for almost 10 years now… i love mike and kelly they are the best …..

I’m never going back to this place again. I first walked in and asked for silk wrap nails and a pedicure. They said ok we can do that and said they would do my toes first. Afterwards I go to sit down at the table to do my nails and a different nail tech (not the one who did my toes) sits down and pull out the drill bit and I told her I’m doing silk wrap not acrylic and the receptionist tells her I want silk wrap and they go back and forth until she tells me I have to come back tomorrow if I want silk wrap they don’t have it or she doesn’t know how to do it but they can do acrylic. I said ok I’ll just do acrylic this time. They immediately looked horrible she asked me how long I wanted it and I told her I wanted them not too long for work and they were too long after the first cut so I aske
