This company is not reliable. They quote you for materials in stock, only to later say they don’t have staff available to ship. You email them, but they never respond, no matter how many emails you send. When you call, it’s the same story; you can’t get through unless you call repeatedly. Each time, you get the same excuse: they can’t process it today, but maybe tomorrow, and this goes on for weeks. Do not buy from them if you want to avoid a headache. They are irresponsible and have no customer service orientation.

DO NOT USE! They have no stock to sell, or no means of locating said product. Their website displays an expansive warehouse. There is no warehouse of this scale, according to the address on maps. When the money goes through, they'll tell you that a change has occurred, the order is now on a lead time, or maybe that the manufacturer no longer honours the quote, the products never arrive. 3 long years later we finally received our money back (in the thousands) when we complained to the platform they were advertised on. - Running a professional company will be much more lucrative. Edit: BUYER BEWARE: Aerospace Fittings, is owned by the same director. We made the awful mistake of purchasing from this company, before realising who they were. Just like all the other reviews this company should not even be in business. They ghost inventory, never answer the phone, wont provide quotes and if they do quote the prices are about 20x higher with lead times that are not accurate. This company is a scam, buyer beware!

Absolutely horrible! Do not bring your business here! They give you fake lead times, impossible to get them to answer their phones. Disgusted by this "Company" I never take the time to write bad reviews, but this company is just so bad that I took the time to write this review. NO STARS if I could.
