DX Nails

Not a place I will go again. Never got into a chair. I signed in, then 2 minutes later, scratched my name out and left. I showed a picture of the nail art I wanted. I was told "1 color only". I asked if someone else working there could do more than 1 color. A female coworker came over to ask questions. I asked her if she could do more than 1 color. I showed her the picture. She said yes she could, but the man refused, repeated, "1 color only". So, I scratched my name off the sign-in sheet and left. I attached the picture so you can see my request. I won't give them another chance. I will not encourage anyone to try this nail salon.

At first I was very impressed with the cleanliness and service but just over 24 hours later my gel nails are peeling and chipping I’m very disappointed as I thought I had found a new nail salon.

7/17/16 - Overall: Terrible. The service was bad from the start, they were rude and would speak in hushed whispers around us. However, the salon itself is very beautiful on the inside. The woman who did my manicure took clippers to trim any hang nails and actually cut off part of my nail that she had painted. After having my nails done I was initially really excited, enough so to ignore the part she broke and bad service, but then within three days my nails started chipping the color. My friend who also had her nails done, had the paint chipping off her fingers the next day. Edit: 7/22/16 I returned to the nail salon and the women who helped me today we're much friendlier and kinder than the previous staff. Absolutely horrible. My fingers were bleeding when I left this place. Not what I asked for at all. I called and they said they would fix them so I came back in and the lady argued with me and refused to fix. These nails look terrible. Very unprofessional & rude as could be! Will never come back!!!!

Love this place! I came here while visiting from out of town, and I had a dip manicure, and it’s of such excellent quality. I was getting a set taken off from a different salon, and I could immediately tell the difference in attention to detail and quality.
