DVINE NAILS & HEAD SPA EASTLAKE

On Christmas Eve of 2025, I went to D'Vine Nails for a full set of Gel-X and a pedicure. I was very pleased when I arrived to see that there were no other clients waiting to be taken care of. When I walked in, I was greeted right away and taken back to a pedicure chair. I got 2 different nail techs, one for my pedicure and one for my Gel-X set. Once the techs finished, I was quite pleased with the final result of both my full set and my pedicure. After a day and a half of having my nails, they stating to pop off, as if they were a set of press-on nails. I was extremely upset because I had just paid $65 for my Gel-X set a day and a half before this. So I went in on December 27th, to speak to someone about what was happening with my nails and to see if I could get a refund. I was then direct

I loved coming here. It was convenient, fast and usually really good service. This past weekend my daughter and I treated ourselves to manís/pedis and we almost fainted when we got our bill. We were nickel and dimed for EVERYTHING! $30 for design when I’ve had way more elaborate designs before. $5 for length for each of us, our nails were never measured but they’re not long. Look at picture. Gel was used on my daughter’s toes but she didn’t ask for that upgrade. All and all it was highway robbery. I was a good client, I tipped well. I enjoyed coming here. Until today.

Very welcoming and the staff are very nice! Went in for a walk in and was taken very fast, my sister and I had our nails done and we love them! I had mine done by Khang and he is really good, you guys should definitely ask for him when you go!! My sister had hers done by a lady but I forgot ask her name, hers came out beautifully!!!

Horrible experience and very disappointing service. When we first arrived, the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. It took three people just to figure out what services were needed and who would help each of us. My 7-year-old son and my husband both had manicures without polish. When my husband’s manicure was finished, he still had dirt under his nails — clearly not the level of care you expect from a professional salon. My 8-year-old daughter and I had gel manicures and pedicures. While my pedicure itself was done fairly well, the technician repeatedly pressured me to upgrade to a more expensive option. I really wanted to like this place and gave it three tries. The first time I spent almost 200 , pedi + mani and left with bumpy, uneven nails. The second time I paid for a gelly pedicure because I wanted a long massage, but the tech doing my feet didn’t know how to do it, and the guy doing my hands had to guide her through the process. On top of that, the gel on my nails started peeling the very next day. Finally, the third time I got a gel manicure on Saturday, and by Sunday my nails were already peeling off again. Unfortunately, the quality and training are not what you would expect for the prices charged.
