Dustin's Nail Supply

Yesterday, I went to this store and spent close to $200 on nail supplies for me and my nieces. Prices were affordable. I also purchased a battery operated foot file callous remover for pedicures. It was pretty decent. However after the first use, it stopped working. Granted, the receipt disclosed that they do not offer any refunds or exchanges but since it was only a day since I purchased it, I thought they would help me out. Instead, she remained adamant about the store policy and offer no help. So might advise for you guys is to not buy anything electronic or battery operated from this store. This is the second time I purchased DND from here and the gel was defective. As a professional who has owned a salon and been in business for over 20 years. I know when a product defective. When I explained to the owner that the gel polish was very runny and had a distinctive odor she advised me that my lamp was no good. I told her my lamp was new and that I have been in business for many years I know when a product is defective. Keep in mind, As I was shopping the owner kept announcing to the store not to open any bottles. So I was not allowed to check the polishes. I took it back to do an exchange 5 days later (as i live 1 hour away from the store) they refused and said "once it leaves the store it's not their problem"... Just visited the store and was help by Anna, she was great, very helpful and patient with us, since it was our first time. Lots of Beautiful stuff, like being at Disney world for grownups. Love it.

LOVEEEE Dustins!! they have literally anything and everything you will ever need. the amount of different color polishes from regular air dry to gel, builder gel and even hard gel in a pot they have to choose from is amazing. i LOVE Ana she works the cashier is always so kind and beyond helpful! not to mention the prices are insanely low!! dustins is by far the best nail supply store in Orlando

Will 100% be going here again. Literally every employee was so helpful and friendly. I came in a little before close (around 5:30pm) and the gentleman and woman (I’m assuming the owners but I don’t catch their names) were so nice and helped me get everything I needed and they have SO MUCH stuff!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for nail supplies!!
