Great customer service! Fast and efficient! The stylist went off of a suggestion that I mentioned upon arrival. I trusted her expertise in doing my hair. I will definitely return soon. I have referred other people already. Lastly, I love the fact that I could pay via Cashapp. I can't remember my stylist name. I think it begins with a "C" though. Kudos!! Will upload a photo later.

My husband was supposed to go here for a bowl cut by one of the students and he was going to be paid for it, he arrived 15min early and waited till 25 minutes after the appointment time and nobody ever came to the door or answered the phone. We live 30 minutes away in Asheboro and really didn't have e the gas money to go but my husband needed a haircut and they were paying for it so it WOULD have put gas in the car but these people didn't open the door for him he even walked around back, answer the phone one of the multile times he called then he even left an email thinking it would help but no such luck. It's just pretty sad this is supposed to be a place of business a college at that but they didn't even have the common courtesy to call and apologize or anything.

I appreciate the staff's patience with my family member who suffers from dementia. Very friendly when walking in the door and took our temperature. Unfortunately the visit goes down hill from there...the appointments for all three of us took over 3 hours and for me I expected that but for my other two family members who were getting haircuts on short natural hair and washes seems excessive. Really disappointed that the "home of the roller set" had no clue on how to curl my hair. After sitting under the dryer for 2 hours and paying over $70 for a simple style, my hair has a film of stickiness and white flaky product and no curl definition at all. Total waste of time and money.

I’ve been coming here for years! Boss Lady always tend to my hair needs, as well as make me feel at home. Great conversations, hair care, as well as laughs. I got a shampoo/conditioning, trim, as well as a roller set(I normally duby-wrap it afterwards), for a fraction of the cost…Will be back soon.

Despite there negative reviews I decided to try Dudleys out.....I'm always so engaged in doing my families hair that I never have enough time to get mine done....Upon calling to see if they took walk ins on Saturday's, I realized how pleasant the Lady was on the other end. She gave me a very Truthful answer along with an estimate of how much my service might be.....Once I arrived the Lady's were extremely busy yet still accommodated me into their schedule within 20-25 minutes......The whole service was very enjoyable, let alone how amazed I was at the stylist Braiding (I'm tender headed and she didn't hurt my head one bit).....I'll be coming back due to the affordable prices and how gentle she was on my head! Thank you❣️
