DT Nails & Spa II

Been going here for 2-3 years and their gel polish is old making the finished look clumpy and thick. This happened a few times so I’m not going back. They’re nice until you have a problem that they don't see an issue with.

I went to get a French manicure professionally for the first time! I was very excited, and went with my aunt and cousin! When I got there I had waited for ever before getting worked on! I would say a good 45 mins! When I finally got worked on, they did not use new equipment on my nails! Like I said this was my first manicure professionally done so I did not know if they were doing it right! When I was done I was very happy with the way they looked! Although that night I kept getting an uncomfortable feeling in my nails, and it was kinda painful! A few days later we went bowling, and it hurt very bad to bowl!! Finally 3 weeks later I decided to take them off, and my original nails look terrible m! I do not recommend!

Had an appointment for two; went with a friend on Wednesday. They were not prepared for us and my friend had to wait about 15min. The woman who gave me a manicure cut my finger and didn't apologize just kept wiping the blood off as she continud to finish the service. I only came here because I was given a gift certificate. When I redeemed they charged me more money for the services rendered claiming it's because whoever purchased the gift certificate paid via credit card. This absolutely makes no sense to me and she had no proof of it. I would not recommend and my friend and I will never return.

Extremely dissatisfied with my service Thursday. There is no “color match” as advertised for dip and gel. I was told to choose my color from a matching book. My toes and nails are 2 different colors, not even close. During my pedicure, I was immediately sat down, feet out of water, and the pedicurist began to cut cuticles and exfoliate feet and legs that were dry. It hurt and I asked her if I could please soak my feet for 5 mins (she had already done the cuticle stuff unfortunately). In addition, the massage chair was stuck upright and couldn’t recline so I had to lean forward basically which was terrible and painful. They also didn’t give me the Spa pedicure I asked for when I called and booked the appointment. I also scheduled eyebrow wax, they forgot and a woman with a client then rus

I'm giving them 1 star only because I had no lower option. This was the worst pedicure I've ever had in 40 years of getting pedicures. They rushed through even though there was only two other people in the place. The girl doing mine kept messing up and not lighting the gel for enough time. My polish was chunky and falling off. The polish was also all over my skin and she left it there. They tried to charge higher prices than what was on the menu board and acted like they couldn't understand me when I questioned them. I will never go back there and I certainly will never recommend them to anyone. Waist of time and lots of money.
