I used to love this place, they take their clients when their scheduled appointments are and hardly no waiting which is rare for a nail salon. Recent turnover of many nail technicians (for reasons I do not know), has ultimately allowed me to be paired with a new nail tech. This technician has cut me every single appointment I have had with her (4). Almost always guaranteed to have cut my cuticles during grooming, however she has rushed to get me out of my chair the last 2 times that she has filed into my skin and created cuts into my flesh! I am not even upset I was not offered the slightest bit of compensation other than an apology. I just am saddened that the quality of this place had decreased. I am so happy I found this salon! Em is professional & educated in her field. She does meticulous work. You will leave with baby smooth feet! It is a clean & comfortable space. Its so refreshing to have a nail technician actually care about the health of your feet/nails & taking the time to get the job done right. The service is never rushed & you can tell they care about their clients.

I had an amazing experience with Zarina! She is incredibly gentle, attentive, and very skilled. My manicure and pedicure turned out perfect — clean, neat, and beautifully shaped. She pays great attention to detail and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Uneven nails and bad communication. I am a perfectionist with an observant eye, searching for the best place to get my nails done. I had high hopes, but wasn't impressed today. I sent in a picture of what I wanted before I came in, and briefly explained the look I was after. I wanted a natural looking french manicure. I also had a bruise on one nail that I asked them to cover as best they could. I explained I needed a more opaque polish over just the bruise to cover it, and everything else needed to be sheer for it to get the look I wanted. They said they understood, but later told me that the picture I gave them wasn't a French manicure, but simply a clear coat... It is a french manicure. Google a naked french manicure... I had an amazing experience with Karina T. as my nail tech! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. I really appreciated how carefully she paid attention to every detail and made sure I was happy with the color and overall look. Her work is top-notch, and I absolutely love the results.
