Update: This location has gone down the drain. The staff are rude. They do not care about the quality of your nails. They expect you to tell them how to do your nails fundamentally. For months I’ve been very dissatisfied and today I will no longer return here. I had solar nails. The lady did not add the clear, thick gel nail acrylic powder top coat. I thought it was just her way not knowing this causes damage to the thin color powder. She just put clear paint over it. One nail began to lift. The nails were so bad even the tech asked me how long had it been. It was only a week. These nails are hideous! I came back for them to get fixed. The quality of service, attitudes and overall inconvenience I was treated as was terrible. This is my last day here. The owner was there the first time but

I really didn’t want to have to do this, but after thinking about it for a few days, I just had to. Until Tuesday 11/7/23, I had only been here a few times in the last few years, and only to get a pedicure. Well after many years of not wearing acrylic nails, I decided that this time along with my pedicure I would get a brand new set of nails. So as soon as I walk in and ask for services, I told Judy that I wanted black polish for both. So she proceeded to go get some black powder to do dipped nails, even though that’s not what I asked for, and she bother to even ask me if I wanted dipped nails. So I told her that I only wanted regular nails and regular polish, but she’s beyond pushy, and even after me saying it a few times, she just would not let it go. It was to the point that I was felt

I REALLY wanted to like this salon. It’s clean. They are thorough with the services that they provide. However I can’t help but feel like they didn’t like me. I went on Thursday morning & asked for a full coffin set and a pedicure. They pressured me into gel polish. Very aggressive. I laughed and agreed to gel since I was going on a trip anyways. Initially the lady didn’t shape my nails into a coffin shape and I didn’t even complain. I just smiled. I paid and left and tipped one lady over $15 & one $20 plus the amount for services. I left and once I left I couldn’t get over how much I hated the color I had chosen. Ran a few errands in hopes to Get over it but couldn’t. I went back around noon to ask what my options were. I was willing to pay to get it fixed because it wasn’t their wrong do

My nails look okay, but man was this painful. She kept sanding my skin,, not my nails, and nicked me more than once, then said my fingers were too sensitive. No, if you made me bleed, that's because you cut my skin too deep. Also, to stop the bleeding, she just painted it with clear polish, which I had to remove when I got home to clean and disinfect the wound. She wasn't rude or anything, and the nails look okay, but still, I won't be back. I have more injuries from this one trip than I've received altogether from getting my nails done.

I do not recommend. I arrived to get a pedicure. I was greeted with rudeness. I just thought that she may be having a bad day. I was sat in a chair, then a argument insude due to them over charging a client. I have never seen a owner argue in that way in a business. I left at that point. I drove to Caesars nail bar in Irving and treated very well.
