Drybar - Westlake Village

I originally had an appointment at the Topanga location, but due to my proximity, I was closer to the Westlake location. I was able to quickly change my appointment from one location to the other with no fees, and both locations were very accommodating. My stylist was incredibly sweet and did an amazing job. I absolutely loved the way she curled my hair and gave it so much volume..I truly loved how it turned out. I will definitely be coming back to have my hair done by her again. The style lasted three days, which is impressive since my curls usually fall the same day. I just wish I remembered her name!

I had an 8:00 AM appointment but wasn’t seated until 8:15 AM. While I didn’t mind the short wait, it could’ve been an issue if I had somewhere to be afterward—especially since the booking states that dry styling should take 20 minutes or less. Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the final result. My waves looked really flat, with only the mid-lengths curled and the ends left straight. It didn’t even look like I had anything done, and the style didn’t hold. I also wasn’t a fan of how my front pieces—my curtain bangs—were curled. I usually prefer them styled away from my face, but the way they were done just made them fall forward. My stylist wasn’t rude, but she was very quiet. As someone who’s naturally bubbly and enjoys chatting during appointments, I was hoping for a little more engagem

Not a thorough hair wash, asked for cosmo curls, got wavy curls, this is 3 hours later. I’ve been going to Drybar Westlake since 2016, almost since it opened. Different stylists, most excellent, some not so much. It was awesome when Ali Webb owned it, sometimes corporate taking over just degrades the whole franchise business. I’m still a member & will continue to go there & hope I get one of the excellent stylist like I’ve had before!

I got my hair dry styled by Stephanie at the Westlake Location. She did an amazing job and I loved the curls. I asked for tight curls because I would need the style to last a couple hours until my event and they were perfectly loose by the start of the night.
