Brought my daughter in for her first blowout- I mistakenly booked the regular session when she in fact needed the extended time but everyone was so accommodating! Service was with Monroe and eventually Windsor also joined in- very Happy and will return but book the longer time slot! Highly recommend!

YEARS of hair growth, wiped out from one salon visit. My hair is irreparably heat damaged all around my head where the curls were put in and I am now facing the real possibility of having to cut off around 6 inches of hair. I rarely use heat (and only a blow-dry when I do) but thought I'd treat myself for my birthday and I regret this salon visit so so very much. The style looked nice for 4 hours, but thats obviously not worth the years of maintenance it took to grow out my hair. The stylist was really nice and I didnt even mind the surprise extra charge since it took longer than she anticipated to do my hair. I received, as always, incredible service. My hair tech was funny, kind and incredibly skilled, able to achieve exactly what my goals for the appointment were. Savannah was incredibly helpful in getting my appointment situated so I could enjoy the day with my mother. Her stylist was also incredible! My mother walked out feeling completely beautiful and cared for and that means the most overall 🌞

If I could give zero stars, I would. Appointment was made several weeks in advance. Received a call 2 hours before 1:30pm hair appointment that appt was cancelled (and there wouldn’t be a charge to us?) because staff members called out. It must have been a coincidence that staff members also called out of the midlothian location the same morning but clients that were originally told their appointments were canceled, were some how accommodated. This raises concerns, as it appears staffing may have been shifted between locations to prioritize certain clients over others. I wrote to the owner of the situation and never received a response nor apology. Think twice before booking especially for an event because it was impossible to find another place last minute that had open appointments

Elizabeth was amazing !!! She did an absolutely phenomenal job with my hair. I have a hard time finding volume with my hair, but she made it so perfect. I loved my experience!!
