Honestly this location has really dropped off. I’ve been coming since 2018, and the last couple of months, the receptionist and floor manager have had really nasty attitudes. From my very first appointment, there’s been a habit where it doesn’t matter if I show up on time, early or late, I will always be made to wait 10-30 minutes before a stylist can see me. And in my experience, when I arrive late, I wait less time to be seen. I arrived 13 minutes late today and was immediately told they could only fit me in for a dry style. Not ideal. And quite frustrating. Fine. I’m waiting and I ask the receptionist after waiting for 7 more minutes “who is my stylist today”, and she said “we can’t wash your hair” and I said, I understand, I’m asking who my stylist will be. She then says “you still

What completely sold me was how knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly every single person was. I didn’t plan to sign up, but the experience spoke for itself. I have been a barfly member for a few years now and love getting my hair done by Marissa. She is the best stylist! My hair always looks amazing after she does it and she is such a sweetheart! Marissa is the reason why I maintain my membership with Drybar. I have tried many other stylists and no one compares to her! Definitely recommend Marissa when booking!

I’ve been coming to this Drybar since it’s opening before COVID. I’ve been very happy over the years with the service, and the wonderful stylists. I come every week, they take care of my hair, and I’m set to start my week positively and confidently.

I love this dry bar location. The staff and store manager Jay is very nice and welcoming. Great place for getting professional blowouts 🥰
