Drybar Happy Valley

Came in this morning for a model appointment and received a complimentary blowout (as part of their training program for new stylists). It was such a nice way to treat myself and my blowout looked great! Nadia was super thorough in every step of the appointment. She also was able to do my blowout pretty quickly, especially for a new stylist. I communicated a few preferences about the kind of product used in my hair and she got it just right! I also paid a little extra for the crown tonic add on and it was so worth it! It’s been one of my favorite treatments at drybar, and always helps my blowout last an extra day or so.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this dry bar. My appointment was scheduled for 8:15, and I arrived early at 8:06. Unfortunately, no one was there—not even by my actual appointment time. The doors didn’t open until about 20 minutes later. My stylist, Emily, was very kind, but the style itself was not what I had hoped for. I showed her reference photos and specifically asked for lots of volume that would last throughout my trip, but the results fell flat. ALSO THR SIGNS WERE ON THE MIRRORS COVERING MY WHOLE VIEW OF MY HAIR If you’re used to the service and styling quality at Drybar locations in Bellevue, Hawaii, or Vegas, this location does not compare. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

I booked a blowout before a bachelorette trip and was really excited, but the experience felt rushed. The stylist seemed eager to move me along, and I ended up going home and redoing my hair. I was also placed in front of a TV with no mirror, so I couldn’t really see what was happening or speak up until the end when I paid. I wanted this to feel like a treat, but it was pretty disappointing.

The service was good. Wouldn’t come back just bc they don’t know how to do my hair texture. They told me they can give me a silk press. This took over 2hrs to do. If you are more on the curly side of hair (i have 3c hair) I wouldn’t recommend coming here and to go to someone that knows how to work with your hair texture

I absolutely love treating myself to a hair do here on a monthly basis! My hair lasts for days, I leave feeling like a million bucks and the staff are ALL amazing!!! Can’t recommend them enough. Just tried extensions and the are amazing.
