This was my very first wax and she made the entire experience so comfortable and safe. The whole appointment felt like a judgment-free zone, and she was so sweet and calming the whole time. She really took her time to educate me on how to properly care for myself down there, which I appreciated so much. She was quick, professional, and made what I thought would be a scary experience feel easy. I'm definitely coming back - highly recommend!
