Came in as a walk-in and was able to be seen promptly. I requested a natural look rather than anything bulky, and Yessica (apologies if I’m misspelling her name) took the time to understand my preference and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. I’m extremely satisfied!

I visited Dream Nail Spa over a 2 month period to receive acrylic nails/ refills. It was suggested by an older woman in River Oaks to visit a particular technician and I took her suggestion. First, the initial set was around $80 and the refills were around $60. Those prices equate to premium, quality and highly professional. Second, the technician was very inquiring about my profession, where I lived as if he was assessing my means and validity. I shared some, but was very cautious due to past situations. I had to make special trips back to have a nail fixed that started lifting almost immediately after service and the technician would use two different powders instead of the original one "perfect nude". The monomer used would also burn a couple of my nail beds which never occurred befo

I absolutely love Dreams Nail Spa. I come here regularly and the experience is consistently great every single time. Helen, the manager, is incredibly attentive and sweet — she truly makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. Everyone I’ve ever gone to for a pedicure has done an amazing job, which says a lot about how well this place is run. The service is always professional, relaxing, and reliable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Mai gives the most perfect, relaxing pedicures, and Henry works absolute magic on my nails — they last and always look stunning. This is truly the dream team! They removed my review so I’m putting it right back on there, because they know they were WRONG! Now, AGAIN.. I’ve been coming to them for years! Recently they've had a new staff take over and within 3 days of me getting a full set from them the nails broke! I called and asked them can they fix it and she said she's going to charge me although they JUST did my nails 3 days ago it should've lasted more than 3 days and I definitely shouldn't have gotten charged for something they've done! On top of the rhinestones falling off AND the nails are already coming up but I didn't complain about that I just needed this nail fixed and she spoke to me in a rude manner and said YES YOU GET CHARGED FOR 1 nail. I won't be returning. They lost a loyal consistent customer.
