I had a haircut and color today, and my hair came out so great! Despite the challenge of transforming a very dark hair to a light color, Carmen and her team worked together to get the color that I wanted to have + a nicely done haircut! Love this place. The staff is friendly. Eileen is the person that cuts my hair. She does an amazing job. She is the only one I trust with my hair. Also the prices are really reasonable and like I said they all do an amazing job there.

I had a haircut and hair color today at this salon. Great experience, took me without an appointment and they were prompt and professional. Ambiance is friendly and the product used was organic giving my hair a vibrant tone. I’m very happy with the final look and definitely will be returning to this salon.

My other reason for going there is they are open on MONDAYS when everyone is closed around where I live. I was fortunate when I called. They were not busy on a Monday afternoon. Still, I called them and spoke with Carmen, who was very polite and friendly on the phone. I went there and learned San Mateo Ave was busy as usual, but it's good to know they have a back door connected to the big parking lot where the famous huge produce store is. I parked at the back and used the back door. That time two people were working, I asked for Carmen, and she was taking care of another customer. I thought I would wait, but she asked the other worker to prepare me, like washing my hair, etc. Honestly, I liked the idea that one person is not doing everything or I need to wait till my stylist is free.
