Dreamer Head Spa

I was treated here for my birthday so I can't really say much about the price but this was my first head spa treatment and it was absolutely amazing! I had Nancy, she asked me a few questions about pressure and concerns prior to starting. I was on a comfy massage table with a warm blanket. The massage and the shampooing were phenomenal. I fell asleep at one point from the relaxation of it all. My hair feels soft and looks healthy (it hasn't in a long time) Thank you all so much!

I have no other words but to say this place feels like a scam to me and I’m shocked they charge upwards of $100 for their services. My experience consisted of an unprofessional hair wash and dry at BEST. I came here for a birthday treat on a Groupon purchase I was gifted. I got to the facility a few mins before my appt, right around when they open. No one was at the front desk area, but I heard someone sweeping the floor of one of the rooms. I cleared my throat after a couple mins and a man came out with a broom and initially seemed surprised I was there. He then seemed to remember there was an appt and checked me in. It you're looking for a place to pamper your scalp and for a relaxing experience straight after work or on the weekend, I highly recommend going to Dreamer Head Spa. It's very clean, has free parking and it smells so good! Thank you, Lana Li, for giving me the nicest head and neck massage I had in a long time!

I went in for my birthday with a couple of friends. Firstly, the cost was not in line with the type of service and products they offered. The woman doing my service would not stop whispering/conversing to her colleague who was doing my friends treatment in the same room. There were moments where nothing was happening with my hair/scalp, and was given no warning when the service provider had to step out. This happened more than once for long periods of time. The treatment was an hour long and I feel like they only serviced me for about 30 minutes. And the most disappointing part of the service was that they did not use the popular circular rain shower head. Someone was also mopping around me during my service. Nancy was really nice. However, I was not happy with the service. There was little to no massaging of my scalp. I was really disappointed I was looking for an amazing scalp massage. I felt like it was more of a hair salon experience. The bed was so hard and my back is in so much pain. There was no back support. My hair was so tangled. My hair was so frizzed! It was not a good experience.
