Dream Nail Spa

I’m not one to write a review, but I just left after two hours with not great results. The person who worked on my nails filed them so hard that when I looked down, my pinky nail was full of blood (I will be attaching images, so warning), and frankly, I spent too much money and time for mediocre nails at best that can’t stop bleeding now.

The first time I came here I got cut so badly but I let it slide bc the girl was young and also I was determined to get my $5 off on the punch card she gave me. However a few more times after that they continued to cut and hurt my nails even the older one. I just took my gel x extensions off and the power of the nail saw they use is so strong, my nails are in so much pain. I’ve never had this for a simple nail removal. Too many nail salons in murray hill to endure this pain!

I don’t usually leave a review unless my experience is exceptionally bad. I came here once and it was great so I came back and told my friends to come. My friend had all her acrylics come off within a week. My second time, my 5 of my gel nails broke and the girl ruined my nails so bad I had to take a break from gel. I came back to get them off and get regular nails. The lady told me since my nails are cracked I have to pay extra to glue them. She also made me pay before she started my nails. She checked my tip amount. She told me that is too low and she kept asking me my age. After checking the tip she rushed my nails and pushed me out. Overall a horrible experience I will not be coming back.

Cherry did a great job. Actually massaged my foot instead of lazily rubbing my calf like I usually receive during pedicures. She was so sweet. I will definitely be back. Great price too.
