Dream Float Hawaii

Dream Float Hawaii has been a game-changer for me. When I first started, I could barely last 30 seconds in the cold plunge—now I can stay in for 10–20 minutes at 40–45 degrees. The setting on the east side of Oahu is beautiful and gives such a safe, healing vibe. Since coming here, I’ve noticed real changes in my health—dropped some weight, gained more energy, and improved both physically and mentally. It’s also been amazing for reducing anxiety, building confidence in myself, and supporting my healing process overall. The float tank sessions are just as powerful—helping me fully relax, reset, and restore balance in both body and mind. I highly recommend giving this place a try. It’s true self-care, and absolutely worth it!

We had a couple booking, this was our first experience with "floating." The location was beautiful, the tanks were an extremely unique experience. I was so at peace once I became accustomed to the weightless feel. Sam was a great host and so accommodating. Very responsive. Will definitely book again!!

I LOVE!!! Dream Float Hawaii. I work at a middle school and really benefit from the sensory deprivation tank. After spending so much time in fluorescent lighting, with loud sounds and weird smells, I love being able to be in complete darkness and silence. I haven’t found things like yoga and meditation to be particularly helpful for me, so I really enjoy this way of relaxing. It isn’t just a lovely hour, I find that I am more relaxed long term since regularly going to the float tank. The new owner Sam Greene is an absolute sweetheart and very accommodating. He is very nice and welcoming, and I am very thankful for all his hard work to keep this magical place going. I really appreciate his passion for floating and his patience.

Floating and cold plunging at Dream Float Hawaii has been such an amazing, relaxing experience. The float tank is very simple to use and you're provided with plenty of privacy. Sam is a very kind and responsive host and is very easy to work with. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxed, meditative experience. And if you're new use the head float ring and ear plugs provided for a better experience.
