I want to say I have been a loyal customer to this salon for about 2 years. But my past 2 experiences with Kayla have been so bad. And unfortunately both times I got with her. I never did anything to her but she’s soo rude to me and definitely gives racist vibes which I have seen previous reviews about. Let me tell you this place is not cheap and the fact my nails came off a day after getting them done. She won’t even smile and be nice. She rushes my nails even though I call ahead and make appointments. And she remembered me but wasn’t very nice at all. Also I’m out of the country did my nails for $150 and they came off. Never happened before. And it came off twice btw .

Worst place ever. Their prices are extremely high for the quality of service they provide. My daughter got X-Gel with French tips and was charged $105. After just one day, one of her nails chipped. When I took her back, they clearly didn’t want to fix it. They usually accept walk-ins, but this time they first said there would be a 30-minute wait, then a few minutes later changed it to over an hour — it felt like they were avoiding the repair. I scheduled an appointment for the next day, but when I had to reschedule and called them, they refused to give us another appointment. There are many other nail salons in Bayside with better service and professionalism. The staff here were rude and seemed unconcerned about customer satisfaction or their business reputation. first time i tried this place it was nice they greated me with tea and were friendly so i kept returning i have went back 3 times to fix broken nails, not only is it a waste of my time but it’s obvious they are using low quality material. i went on wednesday to do my nails and by friday morning a nail had broke. i went back today (saturday) to fix it they wanted to charge me for an extension mean while i already had uv get on the previous broken nail. and the best part is when they are talking about all this the woman “kayla” who previously did my nails was talking in her native language to the other women. didn’t bother to address it to me at all. I've been a returning customer at Dream Bell for more than two years now, don't intend on going elsewhere. Every lady at the shop is very friendly. Just show them any nail inspo and they will try their best to recreate it!

my first time going here and coco was so great! she did my pedicure and another nice woman did my nieces pedicures and were so thorough and detailed with the cuticle work and painting. definitely would recommend for adults and kids! great experience
