I have been going to Randi for about 12 years now. At first, I travelled from Staten Island or after work in the city. Now I live in New Jersey, I still travel to Randi to do my hair. When I was not able to come to her due to my health, she would travel to my home to do my hair. I refuse to go anywhere else. She takes her craft seriously. Some of her styles are like pieces of art. When I first started to go to Randi my hair was extremely short. Now 12 years later, my hair passes my butt. (Lol). She is truly a professional. She explains everything you need to do in preparation for your first appointment, and then gives you an after care kit for maintenance, and will repair your locks if needed. Where to begin! Having my hair loc’d by Randi has been an amazing experience, and the quality & care in her work speak for themselves. The detail in her aftercare instruction and support were incredibly helpful for me as I went through the process for the first time. The shop itself is cozy and Randi is a fun person to chat with. Can’t say enough great things about how my hair looks and how much healthier it is too.

Randi calls herself a Magician. She's absolutely right. Hell, this woman is more than a magician, she's a miracle worker... a saint even. I came to her with years’ worth of neglect: locks that had fallen out, hair that had free-formed into something I thought was beyond saving. I was seriously debating cutting it all off—until a Google search led me to Randi. I'm incredibly grateful I chose to see Randi before giving up on my locks. INCREDIBLY. She turned months of anxiety and baseball caps into suit and tie material. She's visibly passionate about what she does, and her efficiently and timeliness is proof of her mastery of the craft.
